When Jan was a good boss to when she was an idiot

Jan is a controversial character. At first, she was amazing at her job and loved what she was doing. She was strict and kind and that is what makes a good boss. But, when the story starts to progress she becomes more and more immature, storming out of Dunder Mifflin, getting fired, spending days online shopping. You name it!
