The Gypsy

The Gypsy is a character in Ryan Howard's movie, The 3rd Floor. She is portrayed by Meredith Palmer. When Kelly insulted the Gypsy, she cursed Dunder Mifflin's basement with The Killer who is made of parts of many murderers.
