A lactation consultant has to come in and Jim has an awkward time watching the lactation consultant help Pam.

Michael believes he has power in forming relationships and sets up Erin and Kevin, however Erin tells Michael she likes Andy but goes on the date with Kevin anyway. Michael tells Kevin that Erin can't date her, and Andy goes up to her telling her to fax something which has the date for their date on it. Andy tells Erin to fax it, and Erin starts crying because she has had a hard day.
