Paris worked at Staples with Dwight. She doesn't get along with him, explaining to the documentary crew that she doesn't "like him, his giant head, or his beady little eyes." She has a long commute to her Staples office, which is especially difficult in the snow. She has never heard of Dunder Mifflin.
