Mr. Decker is a minor character who plays a role in Diversity Day. He is one of Jim's major clients and his buisness is worth 25% of his commission. Throughout the episode, however, Jim is unable to make the sale due to distractions from both Michael and Dwight. Unfortunately, when Jim finally has time to get a hold of him, Mr. Decker has already made the sale with Dwight.
