Mark is a Dunder Mifflin Utica branch employee who works for Karen, after she leaves Scranton. He attends the meeting that Michael is guest lecturing in and is nicknamed "Baldy" when Michael demonstrates his name memorizing tactic.
He then asks Mark to try out the technique, in which he replies that everyone in the office already knows each other.
