Darryl Philbin for defending his look-a-like sister and for being the last comic standing. The head-foreman of the Dunder Mifflin warehouse, Darryl likes to convince Michael that he is in the "hood," including teaching Michael his handshake, "Dinkin Flicka." ("Casino Night") Darryl also enjoys playing basketball and likes to talk to his fellow warehouse friends, Lonnie and Roy. Even though Darryl is a prankster, he doesn't like Michael messing up the warehouse ("Boys and Girls") and becomes mad when Michael interrupts him during his safety training seminar. "Women's Appreciation," was the twenty-first episode of the third season and was written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky and directed by Tucker Gates. When Phyllis is flashed, and Michael laughs hysterically because the flasher didn't see Karen or Pam, he tries to prove people that he appreciates women, by taking them to the mall where he tells them about Jan, who he doesn't like being with. Pam pushes Michael to break up with her, and he leaves a message on her phone, but she finds it after she comes to Scranton to apologize to him.
