Justine is Darryl Philbin's ex-wife. Together they have one daughter, Jada. She appears in season 8 during, "The Incentive". They had rekindled their romance but in a deleted scene she gets angry that Darryl told their daughter they were back together because it was a one time thing. In Lotto she calls Darryl to see if he had won the lottery with the rest of the warehouse, seemingly wishing to get back together if he had. He tells her he didn't win and she then asks about another warehouse worker, hoping Darryl will give her his number, Darryl hangs up on her
