Dakota was hired to be Kevin's replacement after Dwight fired him. She and Clark started flirting shortly after.

A year after the documentary has aired, Kevin has been fired by Dwight and Dakota has taken his place. She appears to be quite young and she is tall with blond hair. She asks Oscar about a strange mark that Kevin made on all his forms, which Oscar reveals to be called "keleven" (a fictional number to balance accounts) and was the reason Kevin got fired. She is also seen flirting with Clark, who flirts back just as much both in the office and at the after party.
