In "Fun Run", Toby mentions that Alfredo's Pizza is offering him a week of free pies after picking his card.
In "Heavy Competition", Dwight offers the entire office of the Michael Scott Paper Company to dine at the restaurant. It is revealed that Dwight tricked them and is in the process of sabotaging the office.
The café later was mentioned in the Season 4 episode "Launch Party", when Michael accidentally orders pizza from Pizza by Alfredo and ends up kidnapping the pizza boy because he wouldn't accept his coupons. The people in the office are in agreement that Pizza by Alfredo sucks, to the point where everyone, even Kevin Malone, absolutely refuses to eat it. The office workers then buy more pizzas from Alfredo's Pizza Cafe and eat those instead.
